The Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (FCH JU) has published on 15 January a new call for proposals. €80.8 million are available for developing research and demonstration projects in the field of fuel cells and hydrogen (FCH) technologies.

On the occasion of the 2019 call for proposals, the FCH JU will hold an Info Day on Tuesday 29 January 2019, in Brussels.
The Info Day, to which you can register here, is an opportunity for the participants to receive detailed information about the topics and rules for participation in the 2019 call for proposals, and benefit from networking opportunities.

Today, 30 November 2018, marks the official launch of the Sanremo site of the High V.LO-City project by the Mayor of Sanremo, Alberto Biancheri. Three fuel cell electric buses and their hydrogen refuelling infrastructure have been deployed in the city.

The largest deployment of hydrogen-powered fuel cell materials handling vehicles in Europe took place on 22 November 2018 in the framework of the HyLIFT-EUROPE project.

On November 27th and 28th the second Zero Emission Bus (ZEB) Conference took place in Cologne. In light of the zero emission regulations on local, national and European level for public transport, the German city was the perfect setting as it is one of the European leaders in decarbonising bus fleets.
