FCH JU Info Day/Brokerage – Practical information
The FCH JU will hold its next Open Info Day & Brokerage Event in Brussels on the Thursday 02 February 2017.
This year's edition will reveal a new format as an important share of the event will be dedicated to fostering networking opportunities and initiate contacts. We would like to provide participants and interested readers with practical information concerning this annual event.
Please note that registrations for this event are closed and that we are fully booked. However, new functionalities have been foreseen for this edition and the conference will be open to the public via live-stream (more information below).
Participation
Location
The event will take place at the White Atrium, Avenue de la Toison d'Or 56- 60, 1060 Brussels. For information about how to reach the venue, click here.
What to bring
In order to facilitate access to the conference venue, please remember to bring the confirmation e-mail of your participation.
Event programme
The programme starts at 09.15 sharp. To ensure a smooth registration process, we kindly recommend participants to arrive 45 minutes in advance. The morning session will be dedicated to presentations by the FCH JU Programme Office and the afternoon will have the brokerage sessions. The event will close with a cocktail from 17.00 till 18.00.
Participation to the brokerage sessions
You are planning to join a specific brokerage session and you have expressed interest in making a short presentation with slides? Please note that the timing will be very tight and that you will have 2 minutes for such presentation. Should you have clearly registered for a presentation, please make sure you present 10 minutes before your brokerage session starts in order to upload your presentation in advance. No upload will be possible once the session started.
Remote attendance
Streaming and video
The conference programme will be streamed online and video recorded as extensively as possible. The online stream will be visible at the following link: http://asib-emea.adobeconnect.com/fch2ju-broadcast/ during the conference and the recordings will be viewable for free on our website also after the event. The webstreaming will take place during the morning sessions and will be visible from 09.00 till 13.30.

Questions and answers
There will be several Q&A sessions during the event. Please send us your questions in advance to fch-projects@fch.europa.eu (mention the session title) and we will make sure to forward them to the speakers.
During the event we will collect your questions from the funcitonal mailbox (fch-projects@fch.europa.eu) and also on Twitter. Please make sure to use #FCHJU_infoday17 for your tweets.
We kindly remind that no answers will be provided online. Please follow closely the two Q&A sessions on the day of the event to get your questions answered.
