The Zaventem station can refill between 30 and 40 cars a day in under 5 minutes and will be operational by mid-2016 to connect Belgium to the European hydrogen network.
The FCH JU SWARM project is aimed at rolling out 50 hydrogen-powered city cars in Europe.
Three regions in European countries are involved in this project: the Midlands in Great Britain, the Brussels region in Belgium, as well as the region of Wer-Ems in Germany.
