Call 2018 Info day practical information

The FCH JU will hold its next Info Day & Brokerage Event in Brussels on the Friday 26 January 2018. The 2018 edition will follow last year’s format: the morning will be dedicated to an information session and presentations to the Call for proposals 2018, followed by a brokerage session in the afternoon. The brokerage event aims to foster networking opportunities and provide a platform to meet potential project partners.

Please note that registrations for this event are closed, the event is fully booked. However, you can follow the event on- line via webstreaming and ask your questions via e- mail or twitter (more info hereunder).



The event will take place at the White Atrium, Avenue de la Toison d'Or 56- 60, 1060 Brussels. For information about how to reach the venue, click here.

The programme starts at 09.15.  To ensure a smooth registration process, we kindly recommend participants to arrive 45 minutes in advance. The morning session will be dedicated to presentations by the FCH JU Programme Office and the afternoon will host the brokerage sessions. The event will close with a networking cocktail from 16.00 to 17.00.

Participation to the brokerage sessions

Are you participating in a brokerage session with a presentation? Please note that the timing of the session is limited and that you will have 2 minutes for such presentation. Should you have clearly registered for a presentation, please make sure you are present 10 minutes before your brokerage session starts in order to upload your presentation in advance. No upload will be possible once the session started. At the event please make sure you know which meeting room your dedicated brokerage session is.

Questions and answers

There will be several Q&A sessions during the event. Please send us your questions in advance to (mention the session title) and we will make sure to forward them to the speakers.

During the event we will collect your questions from the funcitonal mailbox ( and also on Twitter. Please make sure to use #FCHJU_infoday18 for your tweets.

We kindly remind that no answers will be provided online. Please follow closely the two Q&A sessions on the day of the event to get your questions answered.
