Workshop on aeronautical applications of fuel cells and hydrogen technologies
Primary tabs
The FCH JU is organising its first workshop in the domain of aeronautical applications. Together with CleanSky JU, the ambitious European Programme for aeronautical research, this joint workshop will take place in Lampoldshausen, next to the Institute of Space Propulsion in Germany, on the 15 and 16 September.
Please find the agenda here
The workshop is free of charge and bus transportations, also free of charge, will be organised from Stuttgart airport to the conference location (Lampoldshausen - timings to be confirmed subject to flight timings), and from conference location to hotels as listed below.
Registrations will be active from Monday 15/06 and participants will be asked to fill their arrival and departure timings for organisational purposes.
List of hotel recommendations
Some of the hotels suggested might apply preferencial rates.
Following the workshop
An additional event will take place at the same venue, at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) focusing on Hydrogen.
Organised by the DLR, this event will present its 3rd ‘Hydrogen Day’ on Thursday, September 17, 2015 at its Lampoldshausen site.
Considering the increasing importance of hydrogen, a lot of research projects have been initiated to enhance knowledge about renewable energy, intermediate storage, power re-conversion, and the wide range of application for mobility. This year’s lectures concentrate on user-related topics such as onsite-H2-production, supplying components, autonomy when using regenerative energies and many more inspiring contributions. Registration on a “first come-first serve-basis” because the number of participants is restricted:
